Yesterday, Rudy Giuliani called on independent Chris Daggett to withdraw from New Jersey's gubernatorial race, warning it could cost Chris Christie the election:
"I would think he [Daggett] would not want to be the reason why New Jersey has someone like Jon Corzine for governor for the next four years, who wants to raise taxes, raise fees and basically cave in to special interests."
Daggett replied today.
"I'd ask him [Rudy] to withdraw from New Jersey. I don't know why he's coming into New Jersey and trying to tell us how to run our state."
