Making good on his October 30 threat chronicled by The Guardian, Levi Johnston says he's going to court for joint custody of Tripp Palin.
"It's not working. I'm done. It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."
Btw, is Tripp going to go by Tripp Palin or Tripp Palin-Johnston? Or even.... Tripp Johnston?
