DeMint and Graham at odds over Geithner

Tim Geithner, the embattled Treasury Secretary-designate, is fine by South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham but not by Graham's junior colleague, Jim DeMint.

Graham:

"I don't see any desire by the Republican Party to play 'gotcha' on something like this. We need a new secretary of the treasury who understands where this country is at financially and has a game plan to move forward. I think he's the right guy."

DeMint:

"When a nominee for Cabinet secretary has clearly done that, not as an oversight but apparently intentionally, then it does become serious."

Looks like Rashomon's opening in South Carolina for a brief engagement.

OF course he knows because he's one of the main "players" who got us into this mess... duh.

"...and has a game plan to move forward"

Well, there are always at least 2 directions to "move forward"... Whether he will choose the right one for a Constitutional America Or lead us down an off path of collectivist/socialist/globalist (whatever they're calling it these days) remains to be seen and time will tell.

BTW I'm STILL waiting for "change" as most people thus far named are from the clinton days. Looks like the big "O" was ATNA (All Talk, No Action)... go figure.
