Barbour plays Joseph: save the fat for the lean

WXTV on Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour's Josephian counsel during tonight's State of the State:

Barbour is telling lawmakers he wants them to be cautious with state spending during these uncertain economic times.

During his State of the State speech Tuesday night at the Capitol, the Republican said he wants the state's rainy day fund to last at least four years because he expects the recession to be long and difficult.

Mississippi looks different -- maybe I'm just getting older.
