Quick study: Cantor ready to release stimulus plan

The Hill reports on that Eric Cantor wunderkind's handi-work, a conservative proposal to stimulate the economy:

House conservatives are scheduled to release their plan to stimulate the economy on Wednesday.... Cantor has already held several meetings with his 13-member economic stimulus working group, which will be holding an open hearing on Thursday with marquee panelists, including former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) and former eBay chief Meg Whitman.

(Ea.) And even though he's ahead of the class, he's not getting all Al Gore about it.

.... a leadership aide noted that Cantor wants to hear from all viewpoints in the GOP conference, noting that the working group includes members from the 2006 and 2008 classes, as well as centrist legislators.
