Daniels: Don't mess with the markets

As Indiana's foreclosure rates rise, Democrats are pushing a plan that would create incentives to restructure loans.

Gov. Mitch Daniels:

"There have been some laws that compel a refinance or renegotiation, and a very high percentage of the same homes are in default a few months later. So we better be careful. Before government goes messing around in the markets, we better know that it's really got a high chance of helping."
