Jindal's pro-Intelligent Design bill wins key victory

Last year, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal signed the Louisiana Science Education Act, which granted public school teachers greater latitude in discussing evolution, intelligent design, and global warming.

Enter the Department of Education, and a new set of rules barring those freedoms.

And Today, Enter the Louisiana Board of Education and Secondary Education, and its dismissal of DOE rules.

Enter a victory for free speech, and thought.

Exclamation point.
